1. Where there is a section of motorway starting in the area referred to in the first sentence of this paragraph and the first motorway tollbooth is situated beyond the 20 kilometre line, the control may also take place up to that first tollbooth, on parking areas and on the site of that tollbooth and the adjoining parking areas.

Außerdem kann bei einem Autobahnabschnitt, der in dem in Satz 1 dieses Absatzes genannten Gebiet beginnt, dann, wenn die erste Autobahnzahlstelle jenseits der 20-km-Linie liegt, die Kontrolle bis zu dieser ersten Zahlstelle auf den Parkplätzen sowie am Ort dieser Zahlstelle und auf den daran angrenzenden Parkplätzen erfolgen.
